Trinciti Afro-Caribbean Store ("we", "us", "our") operates from Unit 4, Fishergate Shopping Centre, 4 Butler Street, Preston, PR1 8BN, United Kingdom. These terms apply to all orders placed through this website.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Delivery is available to the postcode areas listed on our Delivery & Collection page, for the fee shown at checkout. Click & Collect orders can be picked up from our Preston store during opening hours once marked ready.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel certain orders within 14 days. Please note this right does not typically apply to perishable food items or goods that are sealed and unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we will offer a refund or replacement.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.
